How long will the chauffeur wait at the airport?
You have 60 minutes of free waiting after your flight lands. We track your flight, so delays are already taken into account. Extra waiting after that may be charged.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least 24 hours ahead. Same-day and last-minute bookings are welcome, subject to availability.
Do you travel outside Marrakech?
Yes. We drive from Marrakech to destinations throughout Morocco, one way or return.
Can you organise a multi-day trip around Morocco?
Yes. We plan private multi-day journeys with your own chauffeur. The price depends on your itinerary, the number of days and your requirements.
Can I hire a chauffeur for the whole day?
Yes. We offer hourly, half-day and full-day hire, as well as tailor-made programmes.
Can I request a specific vehicle?
Yes, subject to availability. We always confirm the vehicle, or one of the same category, with your booking.
Do your chauffeurs speak other languages?
Our chauffeurs are chosen for their professionalism and communication skills, and multilingual service is available depending on the chauffeur assigned.
