How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least 24 hours ahead. Same-day and last-minute bookings are welcome, subject to availability.
Can we bring children or a pet?
Yes. Child seats are available on request, and pets are welcome on request, preferably in a suitable carrier. Please mention them when you book.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your pickup. Later cancellations may carry a fee, and no-shows are non-refundable.
Can you organise a multi-day trip around Morocco?
Yes. We plan private multi-day journeys with your own chauffeur. The price depends on your itinerary, the number of days and your requirements.
